Shadow Shot Sunday #12

Let's go shopping... at Hyperdome... No we're not going to the hyperdome, or any shopping centre for that matter. Instead, we headed to the BrisStyle Indie Designer Markets in Hamilton this weekend, and it was so much fun !! An early start is difficult in Winter, but you just have to remind yourself - there's air con in the car, there's air con in the car... Here's our stall, which got a little crowded at times (this was my one opportunity to take a photo which showed the signage). Megan from Nosovich shared the stall with us, and exhibited some of her gorgeous bags and purses. Great designs, and the best quality in workmanship. This is one of her bags, My Little Sunshine, that I personally adore (again big fan of yellow:). It will be going on my birthday wishlist... Oh and today is Sunday, so for Shadow Shot Sunday my pic is the shopping trolley at the start of this post. It was taken yesterday and quickly filled with my purchases at the market. My purchases were my first copy of Peppermint magazine (yay finally found you !), a button from Red Seed Studio (recycled from a skateboard, how rad !) and a stationery set from Twinkle Star Art. Oh and of course I couldn't pass up a cupcake from Tabitha's Place (it was morning tea time, and they were $2. Need I say more ?) Have a great Sunday everyone, and if you would like to join in the SSS fun head to Hey Harriet's blog. And if you would love to know what BrisStyle is all about head to their blog too. xo Teneale

Sounds like you had a busy but fun time with your stall! Good luck to you!

It's a wonder you had time to get a great shadow from the shopping trolley!

That shopping trolley doesn't appear to be in a shopping centre. Did you steal it? C'mon, fess up! You did didn't you! It's ok. I'll not tell anybody ;)

I LOVE my 'wicked child design' ninja! I actually bought it for a gift for my little nephew but as I don't think I'll be seeing him for a couple of weeks I can continue playing with it until then. Yay! :D

Thanks for sharing the stall Teneale - I had a blast and it was much better than having my own stall! Thanks for including me in the post too. Anytime you need a hand at a market just let me know. Hope you have a relaxing week......... (although you really need to do that Malcolm Turnbull doll...)

I just had another look at that photo of your stall - no wonder I didn't make a huge number of sales if that's how I looked all day! My husband just commented that I look like a grumpy Russian - well, at least I'm in character given my Russian brand (and maiden) name!

So it was YOU who stole my cupcake! Your stall looks wonderful and I am sorry that I didn't get a chance to leave my own stall inside the hall to take a more leisurely look at all those fabulous goodies. Next time it's early in for the cupcake and then rope in someone to mind my stall while I do some serious Christmas shopping!
