My mum used to make beef stroganoff when I was younger. I think it was just packet mix style, not from scratch. I loved it, but I hated how the bits of beef would get stuck in your teeth.
You might find this weird, but I like making mine with tofu. Tim still gets his with beef - that's cool with me. I put capsicum in it too to add a bit of colour.
