I came across a similar recipe catching the tailend of a cooking show one day. Much simpler. The only ingredients were fresh ravioli, grated parmesan, olive oil, peas and chopped basil (we used lemon basil that Ola has home grown). You just throw everything together. Dead easy and absolutely scrummo. Great for summer.
