Happy New Year

I found this on a friend's page today, and found it really inspiring so thought I'd share it with you.

Did you make new year's resolutions? Have you kept them?  I have tried hard not to break my resolutions many times. This year I am keen to go to university and try something different. And spend less time procrastinating over little things, and more time on holidays with my husband. And sew lots more crazy little dudes.  That's not too many resolutions, is it?

Hope you're having a great start to the new year, and have many nice surprises to keep you going.

Friday I'm in Love

Fridays are lovely.  Today is New Year's Eve, and I am spending it at home thinking about the year that has just passed, and what might eventuate next year. As most people probably do on New Year's Eve.

This year I have been very lucky to have been featured in two of my favourite magazines - Frankie and Peppermint magazine.  I still pinch myself whenever I see my products on their pages. It's all so very surreal.

I have also made lots of custom orders this year, and they were all very entertaining.  Here's a short selection of them:

Chuck Norris

Eric Northman, Damon Salvatore and Magnus Bane

Bernard Fanning

Bono

I have had an incredible year full of surprises, and cannot wait to see what 2011 has in store for us.

Happy New Year everyone. Stay safe, and enjoy it.

Whatcha Wearin Wednesday

Happy New Year !! Hope everyone had a nice holiday and spent plenty of time with friends and family. We had a lovely holiday, even though I had a very silly fall down some stairs (and no it wasn't alcohol related). My left leg is still very swollen, so this WWW I'm wearing my fave mustard tights to make it less ugly. I've promised myself another holiday in the next couple of months. My new years resolutions : * Have more holidays * Spend more time with those that I love * Eat more chocolate * Cook more cakes and yummy things * Continue to buy handmade, and also make more items myself * Attend more markets * Take some time out Better get myself to bed. xo Teneale
